Online Pole Dancing Classes
Whether you are looking for in-depth video tutorials to maximise your at-home practice, or would like to work with an experienced instructor for an upcoming performance or competition, my online pole dancing classes and services are for you!
I’m Peach and I’m passionate about body inclusive pole education for beginners up, with a special focus on flow, fluidity, and non-inverting tricks and combos. I also advocate for the inclusion of those with complex health needs and chronic health conditions within pole spaces.
This teaching and ethos reflects my commitment to making pole a more body diverse landscape where students of all shape, sizes, and health background can enjoy this exciting and fulfilling art form.
On-Demand Online Pole Dancing Classes
Live classes online or in-person sessions are not always convenient, we know. For those who need flexible pole learning, such as those who work shifts, have children, or don’t have a pole class nearby, online on-demand services are an amazing solution.
There are a variety of pole dance tutorials available via the On-Demand section of TeamUp, which is the online equivalent of my studio, Feelin’ Peachy. These tutorials therefore reflect the ethos our studio has been built upon – most importantly, our passion for body inclusive pole education. Therefore, each tutorial is highly detailed, with variations offered, and common issues troubleshooted where possible.
If you love thorough descriptions, a mix of visual and verbal instruction alongside practical and metaphorical explanations, then these video tutorials will suit you.
A range of topics are covered with tutorial collections including Beginner / Introductory content, to more experienced pole tricks and combos. Not only that, but you will find workshop content, pole flow videos, and even full-length flexibility sessions.
A two-month trial membership costs only £5 per month. Learn more about our online pole classes or if you are ready, sign up here.
Pole Dancing Video Review Service
For those who wish to benefit from my ‘X-ray pole vision’ and expertise around combos, flow, and choreography, I offer a video review service. This is perfect for those who perhaps do not have the time or financial resources for private sessions or want in-depth feedback that they can watch in their own time.
Video reviews are done remotely where you send through a clip alongside specific questions. They can be used for a huge variety of queries, such as working out why you cannot get a certain trick, to detailed feedback about a competition choreography.
These can be purchase individually or in a package, to find out more visit this page.
Pole Dance Performance & Competition Coaching
Private pole dancing classes are perfect for refining technique, getting personalised support, and enjoying the sole attention of your pole coach. Where the coaching packages add extra value, is my time and expertise beyond that one-hour session.
Each coaching package includes the equivalent of four private sessions, which can be conducted online via Zoom for those who are based further afield. Additionally, you will also receive email support, additional video feedback, and other help you may need, such as for creative development, costume or prop design, and even basic music or background video editing.

For Fun, Self-Expression and Confidence
The values at my in-person pole studio Feelin’ Peachy have supported the growth of a friendly, inclusive community of like-minded individuals. The classes have a focus on providing fun and joyful experiences, with caring and experienced instructors to guide you along the way. With a passionate focus on flow, dance, and creativity we are so proud to watch our students grow and thrive as both dancers and individuals.
With online pole dancing classes online, I want to extend these vibes to our online community and to pole dancers further afield who love what we represent and promote. Peachy Pole Tutorials offers more dancers the chance to enjoy our body inclusive approach to pole.
If you can make to the Wirral, UK at any point, you could even attend one of our pole weekends, where we curate workshops and activities for those looking to travel to experience what we’re all about. Our Spoonie Pole Weekend is especially designed for pole dancers with chronic health conditions and neurodiversity to access a ‘pole intensive’ event which is maybe a little less intense, and a little more focused on community, connection, and fun.
