OnlinePoleDancingClasses.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
General Use of Website
The Website and its content are operated by Peachy Pole Tutorials (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you (“you” or “your”) agree to the following:
Content Protection: All content on this Website, including but not limited to video tutorials, is protected by copyright. You must not screen record, share, or distribute any video tutorials or other content from this site without our express permission.
Warm-Up and Cool-Down: You agree to perform adequate warm-up and cool-down exercises before and after using any of our tutorials. This can be done using our provided training videos or your own routine, provided it is sufficient for your safety.
Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using our content. Use of the content is at your own risk.
Consultation: Always consult with a qualified instructor if you are unsure how to adapt a movement to your body, if the movement is appropriate for your skill level, or if you need “spotting” for safety.
Equipment Use: You agree to use a crash mat and a properly mounted pole according to industry standards. Ensure that the pole’s stability is checked before every session.
Medical Consultation: Before beginning any new exercise regime or attempting new skills, consult with a doctor or relevant medical professional regarding any injuries, conditions, or other health concerns.
Video Tutorials
Subscription: Tutorial subscriptions are delivered through our TeamUp On-Demand portal and are automatically billed for a pre-agreed period. Cancellation occurs automatically at the end of the billing period.
Non-Refundable: Tutorial subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Online Coaching
Payment: Online coaching sessions must be paid in advance via Stripe or another agreed payment method.
Non-Refundable: Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Session Period: Sessions must be completed within two months from the start date of the first session.
Rescheduling: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to change the date or time of a scheduled session.
Video Feedback Service
To prepare for your video review, ensure the following:
Preparation: Have your clip or clips ready and edited.
Upload: Upload the clips to a file-sharing site such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or WeTransfer.
Feedback: Specify any questions you have or areas where you seek feedback.
Response Time: We will contact you within 24 working hours of receiving your clips. Video feedback will be provided within 5-7 working days after receiving your clips.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Peachy Pole Tutorials is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
